At today’s press conference for THOR, newcomer Chris Hemsworth, who plays the mighty title character from the Marvel comics, revealed that the only pressures he put on himself with the film was to make it great.
“The pressures of any film is to do a great performance and make a great film,” says Hemsworth. “So far, we’re getting great feedback and a great response to it. Whatever comes now, it keeps me working and that’s the focus. A year and half ago I was banging on doors trying to get an audition and to be working and here is incredibly exciting.”
THOR opens nationwide on May 6.
