DreamWorks Pictures held the World Premiere of REAL STEEL on October 2nd at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal Citywalk in Universal City. On the Citywalk stage two of the robots stood for people to take pictures with.

REAL STEEL is set in the near future where 2000 lb. robot fighters have replaced humans in the boxing rings. Hugh Jackman stars as Charlie Kenton, a washed-up fighter who lost his chance at a title when the robot fighters took over.  When Charlie hits rock bottom, he teams up with his estranged son Max (Dakota Goyo) to build and train a championship contender and Charlie and Max, against all odds, get one last shot at a comeback. As the tag-line states “Champions Aren’t Born – They’re Made.”

Seen walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Hugh Jackman, Dakota Goyo, Evangeline Lilly, Anthony Mackie Kevin Durand, Olga Fonda, Karl Yune, John Gatins (also Screenwriter), Scott Kirkland from Crystal Method (Soundtrack), Shawn Levy (Director/Producer), Danny Elfman (Music), Sugar Ray Leonard (Boxing Consultant) and Producers Don Murphy and Susan Montford, and Yuki Amani, who will be doing the dubbing for the Bailey character for Japan.

Joining them were guests, which included: Kyle Massey, Chris Massey, Meredith Monroe, Atticus Shaffer, Emily Alyn Lind, Natalie Alyn Lind, Barbara Alyn Woods, Casey Bond, Eric Matheny, Mason Cook, Courtney Hansen, Matt Lanter, Ariel Fox, Brandon Johnson, Stefanie Scott, Allisyn Ashley Arm, Dylan Riley Snyder, Geno Segers, China Anne McClain, Ross Lynch, Damien Haas, Doug Brochu, Audrey Whitby, Caitlin Dwyer, Rico Rodriguez, Raini Rodriguez, Kadee Strickland, Jason Behr, Madeline Carroll, Zendaya Coleman, Ryan Ochoa, Collins Pennie, Caroline Sunshine, Bella Thorne, Garrett Backstrom, Pia Mia Perez, Sophie Monk, Olivia Holt,  50 Cent, Roshon Fegan, Jake Short, Sierra McCormick, Camryn Manheim, Adrian Pasdar, Natalie Maines, Adam Irigoyen, Reed Thompson, Chord Overstreet, Garcelle Beauvais, Jesse Williams, Victoria Tennant, Kelsey Chow, Gunner Wright and J.J.
