The Cars - MOVE LIKE THIS | ©2011 HEAR Music

It’s been 27 years since The Cars released their last studio album DOOR TO DOOR (we won’t count The New Cars side project from 2005 that didn’t feature lead singer Ric Ocasek), but now The Cars have regrouped (minus Benjamin Orr who died of Cancer in 2000) for a new album titled MOVE LIKE THIS. Lead-off single “Sad Song” feels like classic Cars all over again – crisp, clean and keyboard friendly. You can check out the new video below (as well as the song “Blue Tip” off the album) and party like it’s 1984 all over again. MOVE LIKE […]Read On »

Wyman, Jeff Pinkner and Akiva Goldsman Director: Charles Beeson Network: Fox, airs Fridays Original Telecast: March 18, 2011 “Stowaway” was certainly a bi-polar episode of FRINGE. Movie Review: PAUL

PAUL movie poster | ©2011 Universal Pictures

Stars: Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Seth Rogen, Jason Bateman, Sigourney Weaver, Bill Hader, Kristen Wigg Writers: Simon Pegg & Nick Frost Director: Greg Mottola Distributor: Universal Release Date: March 17, 2010 It’s rare a comedy comes around that’s as delightfully original and laugh-out loud funny as PAUL. Written by Nick Frost and Simon Pegg (who have previously teamed up as actors in SHAUN OF THE DEAD and HOT FUZZ), it’s a very meta-take on what would happen if two geeky nubs came across an actual alien while traveling cross-country in America. In this case, those nubs are English – Graeme […]Read On »
