Yippee Ki…yah! Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy take the golden mirror ball trophy on DANCING WITH THE STARS season 20! What a night! What a competition! What a season! Willis and Chmerkovskiy consistently stayed at the top or close to the top of the leader board throughout the entire season, proving themselves again and again as the couple to reckon with come the finals. They scored three perfect scores on their last three dances and won the hearts of all the fans as Willis was portrayed as the ugly duckling turned beautiful swan. She handled herself well and proved to be a strong and talented individual without a hint of nepotism granting her anything free or easy. The only thing her famous folks allowed her was the opportunity to compete on the show, but all the hard work, perseverence and grace came from her.
The runner up couple Riker Lynch and Allison Holker also scored a perfect 120 points from the last two nights but were somehow edged out by the fan support that Willis and Chmerkovskiy received. Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess came in third place. Up next, the 21st season of DWTS this fall!
