DANCING WITH THE STARS: The Semi Finals was a show-stopping, spectacular event as the last four couples danced their aching feet off in a last-ditch effort to grab the mirror ball trophy. In the end, no one was sent packing because Tamar Braxton, along with Val Chmerkovskiy, had to withdraw from the competition due to illness. The remaining four couples had three dances to perform tonight: An original dance, a trio dance and a dance off. The dance off saw Bindi Irwin & Derek Hough versus Nick Carter & Sharna Burgess and Carlos PenaVega & Witney Carson versus Alek Skarlatos & Lindsay Arnold. Irwin and Hough won over Carter & Burgess and PenaVega & Carson beat Skarlatos & Arnold. The winners received three extra points to their scores. Going into the finals next week, Irwin and PenaVega are tied for first with 60 points and Skarlatos, nabbing 57, is in second while Carter, earning 54, is in third.

Impressive. Carrie Ann Inaba said his Contemporary was overdanced. Julianne Hough said he lost a connection with his partner. Bruno Tonioli said it was bloody good.

Tight, but oops. Inaba said there were a few mistakes in his Tango. Hough said it could have been great. Tonioli said to have a strong comeback.

Debonair. Inaba said he shined bright in his Waltz. Hough said he looked very comfortable. Tonioli said he couldn’t believe how far he has come.

Clever. Inaba said their Charleston was a lot of fun. Hough called it clean. Tonioli said he stole the show.

Right in his style. Inaba said it was solid. Hough said it was everything he had and more. Tonioli called his Salsa a huge hit.

Sexy! Inaba said he was sure footed in his Argentine Tango. Hough said it lost a little steam in the end. Tonioli said it was a bit steppy.

So creative! Inaba just shouted wooooooooooo! Hough said she didn’t miss a beat in her Jazz routine. Tonioli called it genius.

Who went home: No one, Tamar Braxton & Val Chmerkovskiy had to drop out due to Braxton’s illness.
