It was 1996 when the aliens first invaded Earth in INDEPENDENCE DAY and now it’s 2016 and they have returned, but this Alien Mothership is twice the size in INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE. Will Earth have enough firepower to win once again? We shall see when the nations of Earth work together to prevent the aliens from taking over.
20th Century Fox held the premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX after Roland Emmerich; the Director had his Hand and Footprint Ceremony.
Walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Liam Hemsworth, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Pullman, Judd Hirsch, Vivica A. Fox, Brent Spiner, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Jessie Usher, Maika Monroe, Sela Ward, Joey King, William Fichtner, McKenna Grace, Chin Han, Patrick St. Espirit Travis Tope, Garrett Wareing, Lance Kim, Nate Warren, Hays Wellford, Ron Yuan, Roland Emmerich (Director), Screenwriter – James Vanderbilt, Nicholas Wright and James A. Woods.
Joining them were guests, which included: Len Wiseman, Jonny Beauchamp, Tommy Davidson, and Hunter King.
INDEPENDENCE DAY: RESURGENCE is now playing.
