Fox’s freshman Thursday-night drama DEPUTY deals with what happens when Los Angeles county Sheriff’s Department Deputy Bill Hollister (played by Stephen Dorff) is unexpectedly made acting sheriff. The series is created by Will Beall, but executive producers David Ayer and Chris Long had a lot of input into DEPUTY’s formation.
