Actress Niecy Nash is having a busy time in the world of half-hour comedy. She’s currently in Season 2 of HBO’s GETTING ON, Sundays at 10:30 PM. It’s also been announced that TV Land’s THE SOUL MAN, which sees Nash playing the wife of series co-creator Cedric the Entertainer’s soul singer-turned-preacher character, has been renewed for a fourth season. TV Land’s first-year comedy series KIRSTIE, Wednesdays at 10:30 PM, stars Kirstie Alley as Broadway diva Maddie Banks, whose world is turned upside-down when her twenty-six-year-old biological son Arlo (Eric Petersen) reenters her life. The series, created by Marco Pennette, also stars SEINFELD alumnus Michael Richards and Rhea Perlman, who was Alley’s CHEERS colleague.
