There was a big surprise tonight on AMERICA’S GOT TALENT during the second week of the Hollywood Quarter-Finals elimination round. Steven Retchless, the male pole dancer made it to the semi finals! To the chagrin of Piers Morgan, who buzzed Retchless’ act mercilessly, Retchless moves forward with three other acts while eight more acts go home. No surprises tonight on AMERICA’S GOT TALENT’s top four picks to move onto the semi-finals. The eight acts left behind didn’t cut it and sadly, were the right choices to send home. Of the four acts picked only one was picked by the judges, the other three were voted for by the people at home the previous night. First to stay was Snap Boogie, the hip-hop break dancer with tons of charisma and a ginormous amount of talent. This week ASSIGNMENT X visited the set of the new hit ABC Family genre series THE NINE LIVES OF CHLOE KING. All kinds of interesting things were hinted at as upcoming events in our young hero’s life, but no one teased information like Skyler Samuels who plays Chloe herself. AMERICAN IDOL has perfected the art of procrastination when it comes to dragging out their results shows. It’s something that’s incredibly annoying and finely tuned week in and week out.
