Exclusive: David Duchovny chats about the status of the X-FILES 3 movie

While speaking at today’s CBS Winter TCA press day in Pasadena, CA, newly appointed Showtime Entertainment President David Nevins acknowledged that he hopes DEXTER has a long life on Showtime. “I think there’s a lot of life left in DEXTER,” he admits. “DEXTER was up 11 percent in its 5th season which defies the usual ratings decline. Big news (and sad news) for THE OFFICE fans. Yes, Steve Carell is leaving at the end of the season of the NBC series, but he’s leaving much earlier than expected.
