Warners Bros. celebrated the debut of MORTAL KOMBAT LEGACY, the highly anticipated digital series from Warner Premiere on April 14th at Saint Felix II in Hollywood. Twentieth Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios held the Los Angeles Premiere of RIO at the Grauman’s Mann Chinese Theater on April10th in Hollywood. Back in February, ASSIGNMENT X ran the RIO SNEAK BEAK EVENT (CLICK HERE) that was held on the FOX Studio Lot to announce the tie-in with the movie and ANGRY BIRDS. First Look Photos of new FRIGHT NIGHT remake starring Colin Farrell

The remake of the 1985 horror/comedy film FRIGHT NIGHT hits theaters August 19, but DreamWorks just released these first look photos from the movie. The remake stays true to the original when an all-American boy Charley Brewster (Anton Yelchin) discovers his next door neighbor Jerry Dandrige (Colin Farrell) is a vampire. To help him, Charley calls on Vegas showman Peter Vincent (David Tennant) to help him put a stake in Dandrige’s evil plans. Tri Star Pictures and ,held the Los Angeles World Premiere of SOUL SURFER at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome on March 30th. The carpet and backdrop was blue like the ocean with a spot that had sand and surfboards.  SOUL SURFER is the true story of teen surfer Bethany Hamilton (portrayed by AnnaSophia Robb), who lost her arm in a shark attack. Her horrific story was covered by news media worldwide, but through her determination and faith this amazing girl became a champion once again and beat all odds that were against her. The new Greek Gods action film IMMORTALS previewed the new character posters from the film at WonderCon 2011 in San Francisco today.
