Summit Entertainment held the World Premiere of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1 at the Nokia Theatre at L.A. Live on November 14th. This had to be the biggest premiere this year which we’ll split it into multiple parts starting with the stars of Part 1, the stars of Part 2,  the guests and then, of course, the fans. November 3rd was a very crowded day on Hollywood Blvd. as Twilight fans took over the street to be at THE TWILIGHT SAGA HANDPRINT AND FOOTPRINT CEREMONY at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. I heard that fans were camped out the night before to get a good spot to see Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, and they were not disappointed. Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) invite you to a wedding, some sex, a quickie pregnancy and of course this all happens in under two minutes in the trailer for the eagerly anticipated THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1. Hitting theaters on November 18, directed by Bill Condon (GODS AND MONSTERS) and based on the novel by Stephanie Meyer, this is the first full-length trailer for the eagerly anticipated vampires vs. werewolves vs. the Vultari film. While promoting his new action-horror film PRIEST about a warrior priest who takes down a world overrun with vampires, TWILIGHT and NEW MOON star Cam Gigandet says his new movie features bloodsuckers who could take down any other movie vampire if necessary. “These vampires aren’t like anything else you’ve seen before,” says Gigandet. “They are monsters. EARTHSEED novel plants TWILIGHT Melissa Rosenberg to write and produce

Paramount Pictures may have let the TWILIGHT saga slip through their fingers (D’oh), but they’ve learned their lesson and have optioned the novel EARTHSEED by Pamela Sargent and have landed TWILIGHT scribe Melissa Rosenberg to write and produce. EARTHSEED is part of a trilogy of young adult books that also include FARSEED and SEED SEEKER about a group of teenagers bred on a spaceship through genetics and without parents. “EARTHSEED is an incredibly compelling world and I’m excited to dive into it,” said Rosenberg today in a press release. “The film’s premise easily lends itself to an exciting franchise with […]Read On »
