TCA 2011 News: DOCTOR WHO might consider more U.S.-based stories in the future

After the DOCTOR WHO series made a brief tour of the U.S. in Series 6  by actually shooting in the states for the first time, showrunner Steven Moffat wouldn’t rule out the idea of revisiting America again for the show – but only if it’s right. “It’s entirely about story,” says Moffat while at today’s Summer 2011 TCA tour in Beverly Hills. “I don’t think in order to make DOCTOR WHO [appeal to]  Americans you have to do stories set in America.
