Recently Twentieth Century Fox and Dreamworks Animation celebrated the Holly-WOOF premiere of MR. PEABODY AND SHERMAN at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood. It was a premiere filled with dogs, stars, guests and fans! Most of the dogs were famous and have appeared in many movies and television shows. I fell in love with a few! Disney•Pixar held the World Premiere of CARS 2 at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on June 18th. Hollywood Boulevard was transformed into the World Grand Prix between Highland and Orange. Life-Size remote-controlled cars of Lightning McQueen, Mater and Finn McMissile came down the black carpet, which looked like a racetrack. Nickelodeon held an exclusive screening of the TV Event of the summer – iCARLY WITH VICTORIOUS recently at The Lot in West Hollywood. Combining two of Nickelodeon’s most popular shows into a 90-minute special was a genius move of Nickelodeon and Dan Schneider, the creator of both shows. Disney held the World Premiere of PROM at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on April 21st.  Most of the stars and the guests wore prom dresses and tuxedos as they walked the red carpet. The women were given on check-in wrist corsages and the men a label corsage. Disney had requested that the guests bring a gently worn prom or special occasion dress to donate to LA’s Prom Closet, which is a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women in high school attend their senior prom by providing students new and used gowns for FREE.
