Based on Rebecca Callard’s award-winning play, A BIT OF LIGHT is a film that encompasses grief, hope, and a peculiar friendship. Anna Paquin portrays Ella, a working-class Englishwoman who, at age thirty-nine, has moved back in with her dad. BREEDERS premieres its ten-episode first season on FX on Monday, March 2, and it thereafter available on FX on Hulu. The comedy about the sometimes exasperating ups and downs of parenting young children is seen through the eyes of English couple Paul, played by Martin Freeman, and Ally, played by Daisy Haggard.
