Disney • Pixar held the World Premiere of MONSTERS UNIVERSITY, June 17th at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. It was a big premiere with the blue carpet running almost the whole block from Highland to Orange closing down Hollywood Blvd., which also included a Tailgate event with games and food for the guests. As usual it was lots of press, photographers and fans. Recently the FIRST ANNUAL RADIO DISNEY MUSIC AWARDS were held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live. RADIO DISNEY MUSIC AWARDS (RDMAs) is a celebration of music’s most popular young artists among kids and tweens. Open Road Films held the World Premiere for THE HOST on March 19th at the ArcLight Hollywood Cinerama Dome. Fans were across from where I shot, and on risers and over by the door of the theatre. Subway gave sandwiches out to all the media, fans, stars and everyone else that walked the carpet. T-shirts were handed out to the fans as they waited patiently to get a picture with their favorites and an autograph. THE MUPPETS showed up in Hollywood recently to celebrate the World Premiere of their movie THE MUPPETS from Disney at the El Capitan Theatre. Sweetums was the first to walk down the green carpet to greet all the press. Followed by Kermit, Fozzie Bear, Animal, Rowlf and Walter in a black Chrysler Jeep Wrangler, who was a sponsor and then Miss Piggy rode up in a Silver Chrysler convertible smiling at all the press.
