There is a lot of bad news right now. Breaking News: Yes, it’s true! Charlie Sheen Fired from TWO AND A HALF MEN!

Not surprising, and nearly two weeks of Charlie Sheen “winning” with his bizarro publicity road show to ruin (including interviews, a new Twitter feed, his own webcast), Warner Bros. Television has finally fired the actor from its TWO AND HALF MEN series. In a statement released by Warner Bros. Television today, they said: “After careful consideration, Warner Bros. Television has terminated Charlie Sheen’s services on Two and a Half Men effective immediately.” Will the show now be renamed ONE AND HALF MEN, will they bring in a new actor, or will the show be canceled outright? After several weeks of Charlie Sheen’s increased confrontational behavior (especially his call-ins to radio shows), CBS and Warner Television finally made a decision about the status of TWO AND A HALF MEN and the rest of the season. Here’s what they said in a just released statement … “Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen’s statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of TWO AND A HALF MEN for the remainder of the season” Wow! Originally there was supposed to be four episodes, now none. I’m sorry, but I couldn’t limit my ranting to just one subject this week. There are just too many things that make me ranty. Dancing with the Polarizing Political Figures Professional witch-denier and all-around dummy Christine O’Donnell says she has been approached to be on ABC’s DANCING WITH THE STARS. In a related story, I’m going to file a class action suit against ABC for claiming that this show features stars. Christine O’Donnell? Really? What, you couldn’t get Michael Vick? Charlie Sheen is a douche, and I don’t really care if he gets help. Yeah, I said it. I find it disturbing that this country is so willing to embrace the drug-fueled antics of a thrice-divorced, woman abusing, alcohol and drug addict, while at the same time show almost no sympathy for a young woman, raised by jacked-up, addict parents with dollar signs in their eyes.
