Recently Tri Star Pictures’ held the World Premiere of SPARKLE at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. SPARKLE was the last movie that Whitney Houston (who was also Executive Producer) did before she passed away and stars and guests came out to honor her. Seen walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Jordin Sparks, Derek Luke, Mike Epps, Carmen Ejogo, Tika Sumpter, Omari Hardwick, Goapele Mohlabane, and Cee-Lo Green. Disney•Pixar held the World Premiere of CARS 2 at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on June 18th. Hollywood Boulevard was transformed into the World Grand Prix between Highland and Orange. Life-Size remote-controlled cars of Lightning McQueen, Mater and Finn McMissile came down the black carpet, which looked like a racetrack. The backdrop was so cool as, like the movie, cars looked liked they were sitting in the stands. The press section was built on a riser so we looked down onto the carpet.
