Recently Columbia Pictures presented the World Premiere of THIS IS THE END at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood. Fans were 3 rows deep this night to catch the stars as they arrived, and of course they screamed like they usually do! Most of the signs were for Emma Watson, who starred in the HARRY POTTER films, and since she resides in England the fans were doubly excited! Universal Pictures presented the American Premiere of FAST & FURIOUS 6 at the Universal CityWalk and Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal City Hollywood on May 21st. Fans got there before nine in the morning to get bracelets to be in the area by the CityWalk’s “5 Towers” Outdoor Concert Venue so they could watch the performances by Ludacis, Wiz Khalifa and 2 Chainz. Columbia Pictures and Marvel Entertainment held The World Premiere of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood on June 28th. Peter Parker is back, but this time Andrew Garfield assumes the role. This film focuses on an untold story of Peter Parker and how he got to be the person he is today. Columbia Pictures recently held the premiere of 21 JUMP STREET at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Taken after the television show (1987-1991) of the same name, which starred Johnny Depp, Holly Robinson Peete (who stars in the film), Dustin Nguyen, Peter DeLuise and Richard Grieco. 20th Century Fox held the Los Angeles Premiere of MR. POPPER’S PENGUINS on June 12th, at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Along with a “white” carpet with MR. POPPER’S PENGUINS written on it, there was loads of cotton to make it look like snow drifts and snow blowing (actually it was soap suds) as the stars walked down the carpet at the start of the premiere.
