As the SPARTACUS franchise on Staraz comes to its final season with SPARTACUS: WAR OF THE DAMNED, both star Liam McIntyre and executive producer/creator Steven S. DeKnight spoke to the press about the new season at Comic-Con 2012. With HOUSE returning for Season 8 with a leaner cast this fall, and a long negotiation process that delayed the announcement it would be returning, the question mark of whether the show will return for a Season 9 was in the air at today’s Summer 2011 Television Critics Association session for Fox. As CHUCK enters its fifth and final season on NBC (airing Friday nights in the fall), news just came out of Comic-Con today that Mark Hamill will be playing a villain in the season premiere.
