The 1973 cult hit WESTWORLD, based on Michael Crichton’s novel, centers around an immersive amusement park where customers can play at being gunslingers among lifelike androids. Naturally, something goes wrong. Now WESTWORLD has been reinvented by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy Nolan for HBO, which is now running the first season on Sunday nights. The Doctor is in again at BBC America. DOCTOR WHO, which ran on the BBC from 1963 through 1989 and was revived in 2005 by Russell T. Davies, is in the ninth season of its current version on BBC America on Saturdays at 9 PM. Paramount Pictures presented the Los Angeles Premiere of INTERSTELLAR recently at the TCL Chinese Theatre and the cast all came out and of course the fans. Walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Mackenzie Foy, Wes Bentley, David Gyasi, Timothee Chalamet, Christopher Nolan (Director/Producer/Co-Screenwriter), Lynda Obst and Emma Thomas (Producers) and Hans Zimmer (Composer).
