Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures presented the Los Angeles premiere of GODZILLA at the Dolby Theatre recently. The black carpet ran down Hollywood Boulevard through Hollywood/Highland to the entrance of the theatre. The only thing missing was the statue of GODZILLA, which was not put up till the next day in the foyer in front of the TCL Theaters. Walking the carpet were the stars of the film, which included: Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, Ken Watanable, Richard T. Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures held the World Premiere of CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE FIRST AVENGER at the El Capitan Theater on July 19th. The carpet was red and white, and at the end of the carpet before the stars of the film and guests walked into the theater was the CAPTAIN AMERICA shield. The premiere was sponsored by Harley-Davidson, and where I was they had a white Harley that the stars autographed when they walked on the carpet.  In the film, CAPTAIN AMERICA rides a Harley-Davidson WLA motorcycle.  Also sponsoring was Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts. Pictures, in association with Legendary Pictures, A Green Hat Films Production presented the Los Angeles Premiere of THE HANGOVER PART II on May 19th at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Hollywood Boulevard was closed between Highland and Orange to accommodate the fans, and all the press. The “black carpet” had HANGOVER printed on it and where I was standing they had big red letters stating the same.
