The World Premiere of Disney’s PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: ON STRANGER TIDES was held May 7th at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. This is the second part of our photo coverage. Arriving at Disneyland at 4:00pm the press gathered in the Media Center, which was located inside the Mr. Lincoln’s Theater at the beginning of Main Street. It’s clear, Johnny Depp is indeed the star of the PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN franchise and now the new film ON STRANGER TIDES has made him the dominant star. The movie opens May 20, and in the interim, check out the brand new poster from the movie and the special bus shelter one-sheets as well.

Paramount Pictures held the Los Angeles Premiere of RANGO on February 14 at the Regency Village Theater in Westwood, CA. Fans were everywhere and when Johnny Depp arrived the screams were deafening. Johnny took the time to go to each section and sign as many autographs as he could. The carpet was a sand color to match an “Old West” theme that was the backgrounds that ran the carpet. Forget Johnny Depp. No man is proving to be a more reliable companion to Angelina Jolie’s mysterious allure like James Newton Howard, who turns in his second terrific score for the actress after this year’s SALT.
