Warner Bros. Pictures held the Los Angeles Premiere of THE CONJURING, a New Line Cinema Film, Safran Company/Evergreen Group Production of a James Wan Film on July 15th at the Cinerama Dome. THE CONJURING is based on a true story of the Perron Family who lived in a secluded farmhouse, which was terrorized by a dark force. The story tells the tale of how world-renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were called upon to help this family. CBS Films presented the Los Angeles special screening of THE KINGS OF SUMMER at the ArcLight Hollywood on May 28th. This was the first of two premieres that night at the ArcLight and after finishing one and giving them time to change the backdrop the other one started. The second one was THE EAST, from FOX Searchlight, which will be put up separately. Warner Bros. Pictures, Alcon Entertainment recently presented the World Premiere of BEAUTIFUL CREATURES, a 3 Arts Entertainment/Belle Pictures Production at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Streets were closed from Highland to Orange on the boulevard and fans lined the street to get an autograph and a picture with the stars of the film. BEAUTIFUL CREATURES is a supernatural love story from the first novel in the best-selling series by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl.
