In ABC’s A MILLION LITTLE THINGS, now on Thursday nights in its second season, three lifelong best friends – played by David Giuntoli, Romany Malco and James Roday – re-evaluate everything in the wake of the suicide of their comrade Jonathan (Ron Livingston). Giuntoli’s recovering alcoholic character Eddie Saville was having an affair with Jonathan’s wife Delilah (Stephanie Szostak), who has subsequently had Eddie’s child. Steve Franks created the fake mystic/real detective comedy procedural PSYCH, which ran for eight seasons on USA. Now Franks is an executive producer and writer on RUSH HOUR, airing Saturday nights on CBS. RUSH HOUR is adapted from the film franchise, starring Jackie Chan as a straitlaced Chinese police detective paired up with a freewheeling LAPD cop played by Chris Tucker. In ABC’s musical comedy fantasy series GALAVANT, which concludes its first season tonight, Sunday, Jan. 25, with two half-hours begging at 8 PM, Timothy Omundson plays King Richard. Richard is a genial tyrant, who kidnapped the beautiful peasant Madalena (Mallory Jansen) away from her true love Galavant (Joshua Sasse). However, Madalena has chosen Richard and his riches over romance, leaving Galavant bereft.
