9-1-1: LONE STAR follows emergency services workers in Austin Texas. The 9-1-1 spinoff wraps up its first season on Monday, March 9. So far, the series primarily follows the firefighters of Firehouse 126, but we also see paramedics and police. Rafael Silva plays police officer Carlos Reyes, who is best friends with paramedic chief Michelle Blake (Liv Tyler). Carlos has a complicated romantic relationship with new-to-town firefighter T.K. In Fox’s 9-1-1 LONE STAR, now on Monday nights in its first season, Rob Lowe plays fire captain Owen Strand, newly arrived in Austin, Texas. Ronen Rubinstein plays Owen’s son and fellow firefighter T.K. Strand. One of the reasons for the move to Austin is Owen’s desire to get T.K. out of New York City after the young man attempted suicide following a disastrous romantic breakup.
