In TV One’s original telefilm WHITE WATER, premiering Saturday, February 7 at 8 PM, we’re in a small, racially segregated Alabama town in 1963. Young Michael, played by seven-year-old twins Amari and Amir O’Neil, develops an obsession with tasting the water from the “whites only” drinking fountain, imagining it must be delicious. DreamWorks Animation held the Los Angeles Premiere of PUSS IN BOOTS on October 23rd at the Regency Theater in Westwood. Closing the street where the theater is located, the “beige” carpet, had backdrops that looked like sets from the film. Costumed PUSS IN BOOTS and Kitty Softpaws walked the carpet, plus before the premiere started Spanish dancers came down the carpet. Fans lined the street to see the stars and guests that attended this early Sunday morning premiere. Warner Bros. Pictures, in association with Legendary Pictures, a Cruel and Unusual Production, and a Zack Snyder film held the Los Angeles World Premiere of SUCKER PUNCH on March 23rd at the Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Once again it was a rainy night and the press were inside a tent. The black carpet, which had SUCKER PUNCH imprinted on it, was decorated by posters that featured all the stars’ characters and at the end of the carpet was a statue.
