Pictures presented in association with Dark Castle Entertainment, An After Dark Films Production, and Signature Entertainment, and Silver Reel the Los Angeles Premiere of GETAWAY at the Regency Theater in Westwood. Fans that lined the streets went crazy when Selena Gomez and Ethan Hawk arrived and the stars did not disappoint them as they went over to sign autographs and take pictures. Summit Entertainment held the Los Angeles Premiere on July 11th of RED 2 at the Westwood Village Theatre in Westwood. Closing the streets by the theatre, which was lined with fans that screamed when the stars arrived and hoped to get autographs or take a picture with the stars. RED 2 is based on characters created by Warren Elis and Cully Hamner. Universal Pictures presented the American Premiere of OBLIVION at the Dolby Theatre, where the Academy Awards are held in Hollywood on April 10th. It was a big setup with Hollywood Blvd. closed from Highland to Orange, fans on both sides of the street and in pens on the black carpet. The press was asked to check-in by 4:30 pm, because Tom Cruise who loves his fans was arriving early to sign autographs and take pictures with as many fans as he could. Open Road Films held the World Premiere for THE HOST on March 19th at the ArcLight Hollywood Cinerama Dome. Fans were across from where I shot, and on risers and over by the door of the theatre. Subway gave sandwiches out to all the media, fans, stars and everyone else that walked the carpet. T-shirts were handed out to the fans as they waited patiently to get a picture with their favorites and an autograph. Columbia Pictures and Marvel Entertainment held The World Premiere of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood on June 28th. Peter Parker is back, but this time Andrew Garfield assumes the role. This film focuses on an untold story of Peter Parker and how he got to be the person he is today. Disney held the World Premiere of PROM at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on April 21st.  Most of the stars and the guests wore prom dresses and tuxedos as they walked the red carpet. The women were given on check-in wrist corsages and the men a label corsage. Disney had requested that the guests bring a gently worn prom or special occasion dress to donate to LA’s Prom Closet, which is a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to helping young women in high school attend their senior prom by providing students new and used gowns for FREE.
