IFC’s DOCUMENTARY NOW!, currently in its third season on Wednesday nights, offers keen-eyed parodies of actual documentaries. The episode airing February 27, “Cast Album: Co-op,” sends up D.A. Pennebaker’s hour-long 1970 ORIGINAL CAST ALBUM: COMPANY, which chronicled the recording of the soundtrack for the Stephen Sondheim Broadway musical. The series was created by Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, Seth Meyers, and Rhys Thomas.
