However, good news fans – Fox has given the series a fourth season renewal and Fox Entertainment President Kevin Reilly couldn’t be more enthusiastic about this announcement. “When we moved the show to Fridays, we asked the fans to follow and they did. We’re thrilled to bring it back for another full season and keep it part of the FOX family,” says Reilly in today’s press release. For Abrams, he’s […]Read On »

Cast: Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez Network: Fox, airs Wednesdays and Thursdays Original Telecast: March 24, 2011 Elimination time on the world’ greatest karaoke competition, AMERICAN IDOL. And this was a shocker. Just when you think you have it figured out that the tweens are dominating the competition by putting chicks in the bottom three for the past two weeks, everything goes topsy-turvy and we have two dudes in the bottom, not to mention all three people that have not yet been in the bottom. Jacob Lusk, Pia Toscano, Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina are first and […]Read On »

Cast: Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez Network: Fox, Airs Wednesday and Thursday Original Telecast: March 23, 2011 With Karen Rodriguez going home last night on the world’s greatest karaoke competition, AMERICAN IDOL, we are down to 11 “singers”. Sigh. Motown. Really? Again with Motown IDOL? How many years must we do this? Certainly we can come up with a better theme night than this right? There are so many other bands or genres that you could tackle. How about a U2 night? Or, shocker, an Aerosmith night? Not like you have the lead singer as a judge? […]Read On »

TV Review: FRINGE – Season 3 – “Stowaway”

Cast: Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, John Noble, Lance Reddick, Jasika Nicole Writers: Danielle Dispaltro from a story by J.H. Wyman, Jeff Pinkner and Akiva Goldsman Director: Charles Beeson Network: Fox, airs Fridays Original Telecast: March 18, 2011 “Stowaway” was certainly a bi-polar episode of FRINGE. On one hand we had the invasion of William Bell into the body of Olivia (Anna Torv), where we had epic reactions from Peter (Joshua Jackson), who of course is in love with her and in a relationship, and a number of buddy comedy moments with Walter (John Noble). On the other hand, we had […]Read On »

TV Review: FRINGE – SEASON 3 – “Os”

Cast: Anna Torv, Joshua Jackson, John Noble, Lance Reddick, Jasika Nicole Director: Brad Anderson Writer: Josh Singer, Graham Roland Network: Fox, Airs on Friday Original Telecast: March 11, 2011 I’ve said it before and I’m sure I’ll say it many times again, no other show delivers the “WTF” moments like FRINGE does. The opening scene where some dude literally floats on air for no apparent reason was just one of many moments in “Os.” This was definitely the type of episode of FRINGE that we haven’t seen in quite a while on the show – just brutal with ample amounts […]Read On »

Cast: Ryan Seacrest, Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler Network: Fox, airs Wednesdays and Thursdays Original Telecast: March 10, 2011 OK, I’m bypassing all the hour-long crapfest we had to sit through in order to get through to the results because really there is nothing that no one gives a rat’s ass about other than who got kicked off. I mean really do you care that Adam Lambert or Diddy-Dirty Money sang or that they did a Ford commercial or we saw where they were living? I know I don’t, this whole hour-long elimination should be a half hour at […]Read On »
