ARTHUR, the beloved animated children’s series about eight-year-old aardvark Arthur Timothy Read, is entering its twenty-fifth and final season. The last four episodes air together on PBS on Monday, February 11. These depict what happens to Arthur and his friends when they grow up. Prior to that, all episodes of the previous twenty-four seasons of ARTHUR will air on PBS beginning Wednesday, February 16 (check local listings for times). There’s also THE ARTHUR MOVIE, due out in March from Universal Pictures. Recently Universal Pictures and Studiocanal held the World Premiere of NON-STOP at the Regency Village Theatre in Westwood. Fans lined the sidewalks across from the theatre in hopes of getting autographs and screaming when the stars arrive. Of course, this is the same as what happens with every premiere. You can tell when the big stars arrive as the screaming gets louder. Universal Pictures presented the American Premiere of FAST & FURIOUS 6 at the Universal CityWalk and Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal City Hollywood on May 21st. Fans got there before nine in the morning to get bracelets to be in the area by the CityWalk’s “5 Towers” Outdoor Concert Venue so they could watch the performances by Ludacis, Wiz Khalifa and 2 Chainz. It was a big setup with Hollywood Blvd. closed from Highland to Orange, fans on both sides of the street and in pens on the black carpet.
